SET OF 8 VINTAGE BENNINGTON POTTERS MUGS
Blue Morning Glory Agate Glazed Pottery
—Designed by David Gil (note “d” on the underside).
—Marked “Bennington Potters Vermont 1626d”.
—Handmade, using lead-free ceramic.
—9 oz. to brim.
—2 11/16” tall x 3 3/16” diameter at base x 3 7/8" diameter at top.
A Note on Size:
These are shorter than Bennington Potters’ standard mugs although they still hold over a standard liquid cup. Please take a ruler so you can visualize the actual size as we are selling these “as is” and don’t want you to be surprised.
Condition
: Six are in excellent condition, free of chips, cracks and repairs. Two each have a single tiny chip on the rim (see third picture).
Note these are hand thrown. There are imperfections in the glaze, some rims are rougher than others, and there are some glaze and other marks inside the mugs. Please zoom in on pictures and do not expect uniformity or perfection.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated using eBay’s shipping calculator, which factors in the weight and size of the shipping box and the shipping zones involved. We do not have any control over these costs.
The cost for USPS Parcel Select is shown. We reserve the right to ship by another class (USPS Priority) or another carrier (FedEx or UPS) provided we use at least a comparable grade service.
RETURNS:
Accepted within 30 days but as we have disclosed all imperfections and defects and are selling these “as is”, the cost of shipping BOTH ways is buyer’s responsibility and NO shipping costs will be refunded. We are individuals (not a company with contracts with any of the carriers) and the shipping costs are too high for us to absorb.
