This 24” wide infrared cheesemelter comes with 1 single burner and delivers 25,000 BTU of total heating power. High efficiency ceramic infrared burners provide instant and even heating. The heavy gauge insulated body and stainless steel cabinet make this unit a durable performer that is also easier to clean, rust and corrosion-resistant. A grid rack assembly rolls out for ease of loading and unloading. The ARCM-24 comes with a large capacity drain pan, and the broiler grid can also be easily removed for cleaning.
