NOC-1 - reconnaissance and rescue helicopter for the US Navy and Marine Corps. Having the same layout as the HTK-1 helicopter, it was distinguished by its large size and weight; the diameter of the rotors is 14.3 m, the take-off power of the engine is 450 kW, the take-off weight is 2630 kg and the empty weight is 1835 kg. The helicopter cockpit housed a pilot and three to four passengers or two wounded on a stretcher with an escort. Serial production began in 1953.
