    Description

This auction is for an Antique Bennington Rockingham Glazed Yelloware Soap Dish, c. 19th Century. This is a very attractive yelloware soap dish that I believe was made at Bennington pottery. The body of the soap dish is ridged with seven rows of holes so the water can drip off of the soap when placed on the dish. The soap dish also has a hole on the side and a thick lip at the top rim. The soap dish is unmarked, but I believe it either Bennington or Rockingham from around 1860. I offer this Antique Rockingham glazed yelloware soap dish with no reserve and a "Buy It Now". DIMENSIONS: This soap dish is 2 1/4" H. x 4 3/4" W. x 6 3/16" L. at the top rim. CONDITION: The condition is very good with minimal wear and no damage. SHIPPING: Buyer pays actual shipping costs based upon the 2 pounds and 4 ounces weight and postal zone. Please use the shipping calculator within this listing to calculate postage within the continental United States. This includes professional packing with USPS delivery.
