This 4 burner griddle is designed for more permanent applications and can handle the higher grease volume of a professional kitchen. It features a removable grease tray and adjustable frame, both made from high quality stainless steel. Griddle is made from 7 gauge steel (aprox 3/16") and has 1-1/2” side walls. All griddles have a lifetime warranty and no warpage up to 600 degrees.
Fits most commercial ranges.
MC models are designed for gas ranges with 12” centers and are
not for use with French top, induction or electric ranges. Not designed for residential ranges.
