Description:
The 224TC is a 24" wide, LG Series countertop gas griddle from Lang that has embedded electric snap-action thermostat controls with pilot safety and a 1" thick, highly polished chrome griddle plate.
There is a 24" wide x 23" deep cooking surface on this griddle and the independent embedded electric snap-action thermostat controls operate between 200-450 degrees F.
There is a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard, a 3-1/2" front grease trough, and an 8 qt. stainless steel grease drawer on this countertop gas griddle. The griddle has a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior and it stands firmly on 4" stainless steel legs with 1-5/8" adjustment.
The 224TC countertop gas griddle operates at 54,000 BTU/hr and is available as Natural Gas or Liquid Propane with a 3/4" NPT gas connection.
The electronic ignition and thermostats on this gas griddle operate on 120 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 2 Amps for 240 Watts and the unit comes pre-wired with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
This countertop gas griddle is made in the USA, NSF listed, UL listed for the United States and Canada, and UL EPH classified.
