Imperial 6 burner 36" Charbroiler w/ regulator and gas supply line attached. Cooking area is 32" wide x 21" deep. Countertop modes with drip pan. Does not require lava rocks and each burner has its own pilot light. This unit was degreased and pressure washed prior to listing. Recently removed from a closed commercial kitchen. Unbranded but believed to be Imperial brand. Untested but guaranteed.

Description
We just got in a bunch of commercial kitchen equipment from a closed hospital to include icemakers/water dispensers, food warmers and cooking equipment.
This is a 36" natural gas countertop 6 burner charbroiler. There is no manufacturer insignia but I believe it is an Imperial brand. It is a radiant style and does not need lava rocks. Comes with the regulator and gas supply line attached. All 6 burner controls are operating freely but one of the knobs doesnt match.  Has adjustable legs and a drip pan is included.  The cooking area is 32" x 21" and consists of  eleven 3" cast iron grates 21" long that are sloped forward with a grease reservoir at the front.  Two of the grates have ears broken off but do not affect the cooking area. Each burner has its own pilot light. I have not actually tested this charbroiler but I believe it will work fine and I do guarantee it.  I did degrease and pressure wash to the best I can and it cleaned up pretty good.

This charbroiler recently came out of a fully functioning hospital kitchen and I believe it is in working or easily made to work condition. It is a very solid unit with overall sign of normal wear. All burner controls operate freely but one of the handles is different.  All pilot light components look good. The cast iron flame shields are good. All 11 cast iron grates are present but two of them have ears broken off which do not affect the cooking area (see pics) The regulator and supply line look good. The drip pan is original the this charbroiler and fits properly. I dismantled, soaked down with degreaser and pressure washed the entire unit inside and out the best I could which got off about 95% of the build-up and soil. Manufacture insignia is gone but I believe it is an Imperial brand which I determined by looking at other units online. The stainless steel exterior looks great with a few normal dings but nothing major.
