    Racoon Models 1/48 1/48 Japanese Fighter-Bomber Ki-119.
    The Ki-119 was designed as a light, short-range fighter bomber for the defense of the Japanese Home Islands. Not intended as a Kamikaze, it was designed with different weapons packages to serve as an escort fighter or ground attack aircraft.
    From the Small Garage company out of Kagamigahara, Japan in the late 80’s, Racoon Models are very basic, lacking interior detail, but very accurate. They combine resin parts and white-metal details. The very limited production kits focus on many Japanese "X-planes" and are known to be very rare items. Great for any collector or the experienced builder looking for something unusual. The kit is still in its original shrink wrap.
