ODD ANTIQUE LAPEL BUTTON HOLE CUFFLINK CYLINDER WATCH - SILVER ENAMEL GUILLOCHE

Description

Up for bid is an odd, unusual antique button / cufflink style cylinder watch. From the mid to late 1800’s. The case measures approx. 27.6mm in diameter. Stem wind and nail set. The blue enamel guilloche dial is in decent shape with a small chip repair at the top. The case is 800 silver and is hallmarked on the front and back inner case. It may have been gold plated at one point ( VERMEIL) but not 100% sure.  Cylinder movement seems to run fine when the dial is faced in any position
other
than the dial facing up.  May need service.  What you see is what you get. These don’t show up for sale too often. Uncommon. Don’t wait, BUY IT NOW!
