800W Broken Tap Remover is your cost-effective choice for removing broken taps sized M2-M20.
1. Fast remove broken taps, drills, studs, drifts, screws, reamers, plug gauges, etc. without damaging to the work-piece.
2. Small size, light weight, easy to carry; Easily process on large or heavy workpiece.
3. Reset button; Auto feed; Depth setting (stop at a specific depth); Alarm and auto retract.
4. The working liquid is ordinary tap water.
5. Working head is separated from the machine and could rotate in any direction.
6. Vibration motor is added into the work-head, the electrodes could slightly vibrate during processing, great
improve the processing efficiency.
The warranty period for broken tap remover is around one year and within time frame, if there is any technical
problems, we would repair it for free including the new parts needed
for the repair.
Note: EDM-8C is newly added the
vibration
control button. Before vibration function is
always on when machine works. Now we could choose whether use vibration function
or not
as per the electrodes size. If the electrodes is smaller, no need to use vibration function.
