This is a Ruler vice that attaches to the face of a 3R Ruler with bolts.  It comes as shown in the photos.  You can hold a workpiece that spans the length of the ruler or shorten the span and hold a small workpiece.  It is in very good condition without wire cuts or damage of any sort.  It is ready to go back into production in your shop.  DON'T buy FAKES, buy the real thing now!  This vice is 10 when purchased new, buy this great example for a fraction of that price now!
