    Item Description:
    The True T-24-GC-HC glass chiller can hold (85) 10-ounce steins or (90) 8-inch-diameter mugs at a time on three adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves. While the cabinet interior is built with galvanized steel that simplifies cleaning, the exterior is finished with a black laminated vinyl that is durable and permanent. Cold air stays in the cabinet because of the polyurethane insulation that also creates structural strength.
    The unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the temperature at 0 degrees Fahrenheit and lower, while ice buildup and excessive maintenance needs are prevented by the chiller's automatic defrost system. To simplify servicing the True T-24-GC-HC glass chiller, the refrigeration system is readily accessible. Glasses and plates are evenly cooled by the forced-air cooling system that pushes an even amount of air throughout the cabinet, and these plates and glasses are frosted quickly with evaporator fan motors and large blades to create a high volume of airflow.
    The condenser fan motor regularly cleans the coil by blowing off excess dust, debris, and dirt. This self-cleaning is done by a reverse fan mode that is activated for 20 seconds every time the motor starts up. When the coil is clean, the system operates reliably and efficiently without using up a lot of energy. It also ensures the cabinet temperatures are consistent and prolongs the lifespan of the refrigeration system.

Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment.     Although every effort has been made to photograph and describe this item accurately and completely, it is being sold "As Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. If it's not in the picture, it probably doesn't come with it. Please ask.
    We do not accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our location. It will leave our building in good condition. Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location. We insure ALL of our shipments and take photographs when they are wrapped prior to shipping.
    Shipping Damages: Unfortunately, shipping damage and total lost is an issue among the freight industry. Even though we crate, palatalize, and use protective materials on our items, we sometimes cannot control mishandling or damages that may occur while in transit. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the Bill of Lading that the driver gives you to sign. If you do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, you will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. Freight companies are able to deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "damaged" on the Bill of Lading. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it. A driver is obligated to wait. If he or she tries to rush you or you are in any way unhappy with the delivery, ask to speak to his or her dispatcher. You may also contact us for assistance.
    Shipping Practices: If you are running a business out of your home, you are still classified as a residence. Freight is generally bulky and heavy. This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck, which is
    usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift at your delivery site, you will need to use the truck's lift gate to lower the item to the ground. Freight companies charge a separate fee for this service so please let us know if you do or do not require a lift gate on delivery.
    Inside Delivery: Unless you pay for and make arrangements to have the freight company bring your item(s) inside, they will not do it. Freight deliveries are sidewalk / curbside only. You must have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance.
    We also cannot warranty equipment. Warranties are only available from the manufacturer on new equipment for a limited time. If you prefer a warranty we suggest you pay the higher cost for new equipment. We test every piece we are capable of, prior to sending it out. We have tested this item and show it working in our pictures, but please be aware we are selling this item ‘AS IS’ and make no claims to the functionality of the item once it leaves our facility. We sell our equipment at a deep discount from the new price and want you to consider it as NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures so you understand that if you need a part like a thermostat or something... we do not account for this.
    On refrigeration equipment, because the solder holding lines together becomes brittle over time, vibrations during shipping could cause it to crack and lead to a refrigeration leak. Occasionally an item we listed as “cooling” may no longer cool after shipping. Your cost to repair and recharge the system should be minimal. We do not cover this or accept returns because of this. Please understand we do not send an item that is not working unless specifically stated as such, so any refrigerated item that is not cooling once received probably needs to be checked out on your end. Again, we sell our equipment at a deep discount compared to the cost of new equipment. We cannot then be expected to make a repair as well. This is why we make sure it works properly before sending it to you the customer. Our reputation is very important to us and we work very hard at listing only our best equipment for sale, stating it accurately and honestly in the listing, and sending out only a quality product.     If your item includes free shipping and you decide to return it for any reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. In some cases we do accept returns, but not for a claim of “Item doesn’t match the description” since we claim nothing towards the functionality.
