Offered for your consideration is a super nice vintage 1950's Bucherer peek-a-boo pendant watch. Also included with the watch is a new 24" vermeil sterling silver Italian chain. The pendant watch doesn't appear to have been worn as it is in pristine condition. The watch case has a  diamond cut pyramid pattern that creates a movement of light reflection across all surfaces. The watch is in a hexagonal six sided case. The Swiss mechanical movement keeps good time. The creamy white watch dial is in perferct condition. The dial is marked Bucherer under the Bucherer logo and at the bottom of the dial is SWISS MADE.  The watch case measures 14.6mm wide by 32mm long when closed not counting the loops at the top and bottom or the 32mm long tassel. The case measures 49.2mm long when open not counting loops or tassel. The case slides open and closed smooth and easy but will not open accidently by itself. The watch case is free from any scratches or wear. I did not open the case because that would involve removing 2 screws to take the outer case off of the inner case. I am confident though that the the movement has 17 jewels. The watch crown is quite easy to grip and wind. The watch and chain have a 24k gold plated finish. On the chain the 24k finish is over sterling silver. The chain pattern is a 2.2mm square snake alternating with a twisted section every 3/4". The chain end is marked 925 & Italy with the manufacturer's initials GV (a world renouned chain manufacturer).
