Wire EDM Rail system (20 to 29.75 inch length) . Condition is New. (Rails only)

This is a custom built Rail system to fit your Wire EDM machine (all parts made in the US)
Buyer will provide make and model of machine (3 to 6 week delivery time) (time varies based on number of orders)
Rails only (will include 2 stops)
(2) Rails (dimensions based on table size) (1.0" thick  X  2.5" wide  X  up to 29.75” (x axis table size))
(the Lip dimension is .100 thick and .150 deep)
(2) stops for front side / back side
(4) M5 SHCS
(2) M8/M6 SHCS (based on machine type)
all parts are made with 420 stainless steel and hardened to 45-55 RC (unless specified)
Socket Head Cap Screws(SHCS) are stainless (cap screw size may very based on what your machine uses)
Main Rails are precision ground +/-.0002" flat/parallel.
There are  slots located on the rail for easy pick up of work piece.
